Christopher Stubbs, is personally involved in each project; creative menu design, cookery, catering development, mentoring, consulting creatively and, acting as quality control.

With a wealth of expertise in cookery, catering and extraordinary events to draw upon, Chris brings his insight and experience to every project, both large and small.

It is a profound combination of solid business acumen, creativity, problem solving and personal attention that he, along with a similarly talented and dedicated team, has made the signature attributes of Bayleaf.

It is the pride in quality and caring that dominates the philosophy of extraordinary catering events by Bayleaf.

Working closely with clients, listening… learning… understanding…preparation…establishing the particular needs of a project, and then implementing the process with the assistance of our professional team.

Once everything is said, in the end we create a culinary vision; we bring it to life, schedule and manage it all, and then deliver it….
